Truth, Whereforth Art Thou

If it is truth that you seek, one place just won’t do,
for it lies in the smallest of molecules around you,
it benefits every man kind, regardless of race, creed, or color
it holds firm, tried and true, to the most pressing of hour
Your ego, the truth will always devour
and the ticking of time is not that of your hour
though they teach what they know, they decide who to teach
hence, a natural conduct of order was breached
But as nature would have it, no act goes without a price
and the value stays consistent for each and every life
each is born into ignorance, it is the process of the plan
with each birth there is the wisdom to save every man.
From what are you saved, is the question of the day
for one, with all of the world, what could be the dismay?
that is the problem, right there lies the heart
what’s there, to be saved, is where you must start.
First, each must accept what is real and is not
For as the body decays, so the soul will rot
what’s real never changes, regardless of space and time
what’s real is not man, but the essence of the mind
Not all can be saved, for not all seek the light
so it is written, try as you might
the stench of reality is diffused by their say
and they condemn those who dare question their way
Remind oneself, as each occasion arise
that nothin in huma life is the covetted prize
the pureness of thought with the righteous action of spirit
is the only truthful way, for this prize, to attain it.
